Here are some studies from corporates & institutions I worked with.
The positionings and visual identities were created during my long-term employment for Mefa Medienfabrik GmbH and Mefa Strategic Communications S.A. – together within a team of consultants, project managers and me as the responsible design director. The last project shows my nonprofit work for the NPO Helping Hands Africa Saarbrücken.
REAZN S.A.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
By merging four companies into one common brand, REAZN became one of the largest producers of zinc alloys in Europe. The comprehensive strategic positioning after this merger included the entire brand development like the new company name, a corporate identity, a website, the conception and realization of an exhibition booth, a LinkedIn-channel and a variety of internal and external communication measures. The new appearance of REAZN – THE ZINC COMPANY now creates a common identity, transports the mission and values of the company and clearly stands out from the competition in the industry.
The communication concept with its strategic messagings connects REAZN to the relevant topics of the industry as transformation, innovation and sustainability driven progress.

Steffen Holzbau S.A.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
What started out as a small craft business has developed to an innovative and powerful engineering company in the construction branch. The visual appearance though had not been suitable developed – this has been successively improved through workshops, constant exchange and collaborative processes together with the client. A strategic positioning and a visual identity were created – together with the realisation of all measurements of the corporate identity. I have been able to accompany Steffen Holzbau consistently on a long-term base since 2011. We sharpened the intern and extern communication and its key messages constantly and developed successively the company to a sustainable and authentic brand.

Himmelsbach Lackierungen
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The family-owned company “Himmelsbach Lackierungen” has been successful on the market for over 70 years. A new corporate identity was created as part of the repositioning of the largest industrial coating expert in Saarland. Driven by the self confidence and belief in the own capabilities and strength, the commitment to quality and power is deeply rooted in the company’s self-image. Therefore the positioning was built on the key message “Ein Teil von Himmelsbach” which has two meanings in german: “a product from himmelsbach” as a promise for quality and responsibility but furthermore it’s a commitment for being “a part of Himmelsbach” as an identification factor for all related employees, customers and suppliers from the company. There was also created an intern slogan “Unsere Stärke ist unsere Leistung” (“our power is our performance”) to enforce togetherness, teamspirit and activate the joy experiencing self-efficacy. On this basis an entire world of corporate measures was developed: the website, a signage system and branding in and around the buildings of the company, corporate clothes, car brandings, mailings and online marketing activities.

Helping Hands Africa e.V.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Helping Hands Africa is a non-profit-organisation based in Saarbrücken with a heart for Africa. The team of four young people with roots and familar connections to north and west africa has been working in charity since 2014 and founded a humanitarian aid organisation in 2018. They concentrate their activities in the two countries Togo and Morocco, where different projects can be controlled and supervised together with trustworthy partners and organisation-members on site. The core mission of all work is to support people as sustainably and perspectively as possible in order to improve their lives in the long-term and to give them opportunities to help and manage themselves.
The core message “growing together” stands for the mission to achieve more when you work together to join forces but also to remind people to push cultural or social boundaries and to get closer to each other because we have more in common then what divides us.
